FRIDAY:

2pm: Arrival-Welcome & Orientation

Run through Retreat Schedule-Q & A time

3pm: Reflexology (or Massage)

7pm: Dinner

8pm: Educational talk/Group Sharing session/Health videos

9pm: Free time til bed


SATURDAY:

7am: Yoga & Meditation (not on Pamper Pack)

8:30am: Breakfast

10am: Naturopathic consultation including Iridology (not on Pamper Pack)

11am: Massage?

1pm: Lunch

Free time

3pm: Massage & body scrub (or Kahuna)

4pm: Anti-ageing Facial

4:30pm: Sauna & Shower (if on Detox retreat)

5pm: Cooking Class-Raw Foods, Superfoods or Vegetarian (not on Pamper Pack)

7pm: Dinner

8pm: Educational talk/Group Sharing session/Health videos/Yoga Nidra

9pm: Bed


SUNDAY:

7am: Yoga & Meditation (not on Pamper Pack)

8:30am: Breakfast

Free time for markets/walk/beach

1pm: Lunch

3pm: Massage/Colonic (if on Detox retreat)

4pm: Sauna & Shower (if on Detox retreat)

7pm: Dinner

8pm: Group sharing session/Yoga Nidra

9pm: Bed

MONDAY:

7am: Yoga & Meditation (not on Pamper Pack)

8:30am: Breakfast

10am: Check out, leave for home a new person!


* Additional treatments and activities can be arranged upon request *

These include lymphatic drainage, kahuna and hot stone massage, shiatsu, reiki, healing/energy work, tarot readings, kinesology, counselling, hypnotherapy, colonic hydrotherapy, kayaking, surf lessons, snorkeling, scuba diving, and skydiving.


WHAT TO BRING:

Hat, sunscreen, sunglasses, beach towel, bathing costume

Insect repellant, raincoat/umbrella

Loose comfortable clothing for yoga & meditation

Walking shoes

Camera

A journal and pen

♥ Prescription glasses and medication (if applicable)

A positive attitude!
